How To Uninstall
Please note that uninstalling the extension will:
- remove all workflow rules and custom buttons that were added during extension installation
- not remove the Check Duplicates in Notes tag and Notes added to all records that were identified as duplicates in Leads, Contacts, Accounts and Vendors modules
Uninstalling the Identify Duplicates for Zoho CRM extension is a straightforward process. Follow these steps to remove the extension from your Zoho CRM account:

Access Zoho CRM Setup:
- Log in to your Zoho CRM account.
- Click on the Setup icon (represented by a gear) in the top-right corner.

Navigate to Marketplace:
- In the Setup page, locate the Marketplace section under Developer Hub.
- Click on All to view all installed extensions.

Locate the Extension:
- In the list of installed extensions, find Identify Duplicates for Zoho CRM.

Initiate Uninstallation:
- Click the Uninstall button in the top right corner.

Confirm Uninstallation:
- A confirmation dialog will appear.
- Click OK to proceed with the uninstallation.
By following these steps, the Identify Duplicates for Zoho CRM extension will be removed from your account.
