Manage Permissions for Custom Buttons
Managing custom button permissions in Zoho CRM ensures that only authorized users can use them to perform duplicate searches. Follow these steps to manage permissions for custom buttons:

Access Setup:
- Log in to your Zoho CRM account.
- Click the Setup icon (gear) in the top-right corner.

Navigate to Modules and Fields:
- Under the Customization section, select Modules and Fields.

Select the Relevant Module:
- From the list of modules, choose the one containing the custom button you want to manage. For example, select the Leads module.

Access Buttons Tab:
- Click on the Buttons tab to view all custom buttons associated with the selected module.

Edit Button Permissions:
- Locate the custom button whose permissions you wish to modify.
- Click the Edit option next to the button's name.
- After that click on Set Permission option to access it.

Set Profile-Based Access:
- In Set Permission settings choose specific profiles that should have access to the button.

Save Changes:
- After selecting the desired permissions, click Save to apply the changes.
