  1. Access Zoho CRM Marketplace:

    • Log in to your Zoho CRM account.
    • Click on the Setup icon (usually represented by a gear) in the top-right corner.
    • In the Setup page, navigate to Marketplace under the Developer Hub section.
    • Click on All to view all available extensions.
  2. Find the Extension:

    • In the Marketplace, use the search bar to type "Identify Duplicates for Zoho CRM".
    • From the search results, click on the extension to view its details.
  3. Initiate Installation:

    • On the extension's detail page, click the "Buy Now" button.
  4. Agree to Terms of Service and Authorize the Extension:

    • A window will appear displaying the terms of service and extension authorization checkboxes.
    • Read through the terms, select both checkboxes and then click Continue.



  5. Give Extensions Access to Users or User Profiles:
